Shipping

  • Where is your warehouse?

    We’re still a very small operation. Everything is shipped from my home near Nashville, Tennessee.

  • How fast do you ship?

    We do our best to ship out within 2-3 business days of receiving your order. This time is NOT included in your estimated shipping time.

  • What are the shipping options?

    We ship using the USPS for most packages. When checking out, you have the option to select Priority or Ground shipping rates. If your order is eligible for Media Mail shipping (only books), I will refund you the overage in the system.

  • Do you ship to Canada?

    No, we rely on our distributors in Canada to ship our product out to Canadian shops and stores for us. If you’d like to purchase from Canada, check out our stockists page.

  • Shipping seems high!

    Yes, shipping is expensive right now, and unpredictable. Sometimes my site calculator goes a little higher than necessary—if this is the case, I will always send you a refund of shipping overages.

  • Do you ship internationally?

    Not at this time. In the future, if international shipping becomes more simple and predictable, we will resume international shipping.

  • Do you offer wholesale?

    On certain goods, yes! Just click here to apply for our wholesale account access. Minimum order is $100 USD.

Returns

  • Do you accept returns?

    It depends on the item. For most items, if the product is in like new, unused condition and in the original packaging—yes, we will accept a return within 30 days of receipt. I cannot accept returns on signed books or PDF files.

  • My item is damaged. What do I do?

    Reach out to us directly using the Contact Us form here on the website. Please include your first and last name and the original order number if possible. You may be asked to share a photo of your damaged item.

  • I don't like what I purchased.

    We accept and can process returns of all unopened, unused merchandise within 30 days of receipt; with the exception of signed books and pre-order books.

  • How do I cancel a pre-order?

    You can cancel your pre-order position at any time. Please reach out using the Contact Us form and we will cancel and refund your pre-order. We are not able to cancel pre-orders after they ship.

  • How do I cancel my order?

    If your order has not yet been shipped, please reach out via the Contact Us form with your order number and we will cancel your order—no questions asked.

  • Can I return a PDF?

    No, digital files are not able to be returned, exchanged or refunded.
